You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. The Service

Outfyt helps you:

• Store and manage a personal wardrobe (“My Drawer”)
• Upload clothing photos for personal organization and AI-assisted analysis
• Receive outfit suggestions (“What to Wear”) and styling ideas

Important: Suggestions are automated and may be inaccurate. You remain responsible for your choices.

5. User content

You may upload photos and add text notes (“User Content”). You keep ownership of your User Content.

By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Host, store, process, and display it to you
• Run automated analysis (e.g., AI tagging and outfit suggestions)
• Improve the Service (only as described in the Privacy Policy)

You represent that you have the rights to upload your User Content and that it does not violate the law or anyone’s rights.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal content or content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to access other users’ data
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service
• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or harmful activity
• Bypass rate limits or security controls

7. Payments, subscriptions, and billing

Some features may require a paid subscription.

Payments and subscription management are handled by Polar (our payment processor/merchant of record, if applicable). Your purchases may be subject to Polar’s terms and policies.

Prices and billing cycles will be shown at checkout.

Subscriptions typically renew automatically unless cancelled.

Taxes/VAT may apply depending on your location.

8. Refunds and cancellation

Unless required by law, fees are generally non-refundable.

You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We try to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outfyt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Outfyt in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• Your use creates risk for us or other users

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
