This Privacy Policy explains how Arman Ajdani, the solo founder of Outfyt, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Service.

- Wardrobe items you create, including titles and uploaded photos
- Photos you upload, such as clothing photos and tag photos
- AI-generated tags and attributes such as colors, style, season, and occasion

- Device and browser information
- Approximate location inferred from IP, such as country or region
- Pages viewed, actions taken, crash logs, and performance diagnostics

2. How we use your data
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Authenticate you and prevent fraud or abuse
- Store and display your wardrobe
- Generate AI-assisted tags and outfit suggestions
- Communicate service updates and support
- Comply with legal obligations
3. AI processing
Outfyt can analyze photos and wardrobe metadata to generate:
- Item attributes such as color, category, silhouette, and style
- Outfit suggestions and explanations
We use OpenAI APIs only for the AI features you request inside Outfyt.
Important: AI output may be inaccurate.
We do not aim to identify real people in photos. Please avoid uploading sensitive personal photos that you do not want stored.
4. No selling or unrelated third-party sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
To operate Outfyt securely, some data may be processed by tightly scoped infrastructure and API providers that act only on our instructions, such as:
- Cloudflare for security, DNS, and caching
- Secure private VPS infrastructure for application hosting
- S3-compatible object storage for secured file storage
- OpenAI APIs for AI requests you explicitly initiate inside the product
- Polar only when you initiate a payment or subscription action
These providers are not permitted to use your data for their own advertising or unrelated commercial purposes.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
5. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
If you delete an item, we remove it from your active wardrobe.
Backups may retain deleted data for a limited period, typically up to 30 to 90 days, before permanent deletion.
Subscription and billing records may be kept longer for legal or tax compliance.
6. Your choices and controls
You can:
- Manage your wardrobe items
- Delete wardrobe items and photos
- Request account deletion by contacting [email protected]
7. Your rights (depending on location)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing

8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secured private VPS infrastructure, S3-compatible object storage, Cloudflare protection, and access controls. No system is 100% secure.
Every data entry in Outfyt is handled as protected product data.
9. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own depending on where our servers and providers operate. We take steps to protect your information consistent with this policy.
10. Children's privacy
Outfyt is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age in your country. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to delete it.
