- Authentication identifiers
- Subscription status (paid/free)
B) Wardrobe & content data
- Wardrobe items you create (titles and uploaded photos)
- Photos you upload (e.g., clothing photos, tag photos)
- AI-generated tags/attributes (colors, style, season, occasion, etc.)
C) Usage data
- Device/browser info
- Approximate location (e.g., country/region inferred from IP)
- Pages viewed, actions taken, and diagnostics (crash logs, performance)

2. How we use your data
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Authenticate you and prevent fraud/abuse
- Store and display your wardrobe
- Generate AI-assisted tags and outfit suggestions
- Communicate service updates and support
- Comply with legal obligations
3. AI processing
Outfyt can analyze photos and wardrobe metadata to generate:
- Item attributes (e.g., color, category, style)
- Outfit suggestions and explanations
Important: AI output may be inaccurate.
We do not aim to identify real people in photos. Please avoid uploading sensitive personal photos that you do not want stored.
4. How we share data
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share data with service providers (“processors”) who help us run the Service, such as:
- Cloudflare (security, DNS, caching)
- Hosting provider (e.g., Hetzner) for servers
- Object storage (e.g., MinIO/S3/Cloudflare R2 depending on configuration)
- Polar (payments, subscriptions)
- AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) to process requests you initiate
These providers are authorized to use your data only as necessary to provide services to us.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights/safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
5. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
If you delete an item, we remove it from your active wardrobe.
Backups may retain deleted data for a limited period (typically up to 30–90 days) before permanent deletion.
Subscription and billing records may be kept longer for legal/tax compliance.
6. Your choices and controls
You can:
- Manage your wardrobe items
- Delete wardrobe items and photos

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data

8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is 100% secure.

10. Children’s privacy
Outfyt is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to delete it.
